What are the channels to reach your customer?

What are channels and why are they important?
Channels are ways for you to reach your customer. The initial stages and channels should not necessarily focus on a large scale, but rather learning which channels help you reach a direct connection to who will buy from you. The process of reaching your customer is grounded in learning 1. how marketing platforms work and 2. how you can use these platforms to reach your customer directly.

Workbook Activity:
In your workbook, identify four different customers that you serve, and how you use channels to reach them. Indicate which channels you will use i.e.: social media, direct mail, etc.
