When creating a viable business model, it is vital to understand who will buy from you. When you learn how to identify who your customers are you strengthen your business model and the products or services you offer.

- Who is your target customer or user(s)?
- Describe your typical customer
- What are the demographics (age, ethnicity, profession, gender, character) of your customer(s)?
- What does your customer get excited to buy?
- What are your customers spending habits?
