If you are looking to create value for your customers, it is important to understand how to solve their problems. Whether you solve the problems your customers currently face, or will have in the future; keep your customer in mind as the marketplace shifts and adjusts. Describing the customers problem clearly allows you to show your customer how your product or service adds value to them.
